Upcoming Events

The crawl will begin at the Penn Eben Park Gazebo. Registration is between 1:30 and 2:30 p.m. where participants will pick up their Bar Crawl registration materials, wristbands, and participate in a champagne kickoff at promptly 2:30 p.m. We will be raffling off free drinks from the participating bars that will be redeemed during the Santa Bar Crawl. Winners must be in attendance at the champagne kickoff at 2:30 to receive the giveaway prizes.

*New in 2025--we will be raffling off all FREE drinks before 2:30pm. !0 free drinks from each bar participating. Santas will be awarded a certificate necklace. This will keep the “Reindeer Games” fair. We are eliminating the “first ten Santas to the bars” rule. 

*Also new this year, Off the Rak is sponsoring and organizing transportation! A bus will be available to Santas traveling from Ebensburg to New Germany Road with a midway stop at the Station House/Six Pack parking lot. 

After the champagne toast, you can go to any participating bar of your choice. Your goal is visit 6 of the participating bars to be eligible for the prize drawings at the after party. 

The crawl will be followed by an after party at the Ebensburg Moose Lodge from 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. with food and live entertainment. Participants who visited 6 bars will be eligible for the prize drawings at the after party.

Designated Drivers can now register for $20. They will not be able to imbide at the pubs, but they can have food at the after party at the Ebensburg Moose Lodge!

Cresson Lake Playhouse is excited to offer a winter workshop series for students in grades 3–12! This four-week program introduces a wide range of performing arts skills, including acting, singing, choreography, performance readiness, and audition techniques. Each session is led by professional teaching artists who will help students build confidence and gain a deeper understanding of the theatre process.

By the end of the series, participants who wish to do so will be prepared to audition for a variety of productions—including CLP’s youth theatre show Dare to Dream, Jr., performed for schools May 7–8 at the Barn Theatre and for the public May 7–10.

Students who complete the workshop will also receive a reduced participation fee for Dare to Dream, Jr (from $50 to $25).

Cost $75 per student for all four sessions. Space is limited and these workshops traditionally fill quickly—reserve early!

Week 2: “Be Our Guest… at a Rehearsal!” — Music & Choreography

Week 3: “Hands-On Magic” — TBD: Props or Costumes

Week 4: “Step into the Spotlight” — Audition Prep & Mock Auditions

This workshop series is designed with Youth Theater auditions in mind, but it’s a fun and valuable experience for all young performers—whether or not they plan to audition!
